As president of Shuler Drilling Co. in El Dorado, Reynolds has spent over four decades transforming the landscape of petroleum engineering.
His technical expertise is matched only by his commitment to responsible resource development, a value he champions through his active role in the South Arkansas Minerals Association.
Later, as founding chairman of the El Dorado Works Board, he continued to guide the city’s growth with the same steady hand that has long defined his leadership. Lessons learned from earning his Eagle Rank in Union County; he exemplifies the Scout Oath and Law in all he does.
