Join us for an evening of celebration as we honor the remarkable volunteer leaders who make Scouting thrive in the Saracen District. Their dedication, diligence, and unwavering commitment are the driving force behind the life-changing experiences we provide to young people across our communities.

This special gathering includes potluck dinner and desserts, meaningful fellowship, and festive moments that highlight the spirit of service that defines our district. Together, we’ll recognize the individuals who give their time, talent, and heart to ensure every Scout has the opportunity to grow, lead, and succeed.  Banquet begins at 7pm at First Baptist Church (Youth Building) in White Hall.

Come share in the gratitude, the stories, and the joy of a night dedicated to those who make Scouting possible.

Registration is $10 per person and pre-registration ends April 9 at 12:00 am.  As a token of gratitude, District Award of Merit recipients for 2025 register at no cost!  Walk-in's are welcome!
