Young, Jr. Service Award gives national recognition to individuals and organizations who provide exceptional service for youth from underserved and underrepresented communities by developing Scouting in rural and urban areas. Your support of this year’s honorees, and the Natural State Council that supports them, helps provide a first-class character education and leadership program for the youth in our community.
