Camp Rockefeller Summer Camp Staff & CIT Applications

Are you ready for an unforgettable summer filled with adventure, leadership, and lifelong memories? Join the team at Camp Rockefeller Summer Camp and help deliver one of the most exciting and rugged summer camp experiences in the country! Whether you're a seasoned staffer or applying as a first-time Counselor-in-Training (CIT), this is your chance to be part of something bigger than yourself. You do not have to be a registered member of Scouting America to apply, but completing registration within the organization is a requirement for all summer camp staff.

General Camp Information

Camp Rockefeller is where unforgettable adventures meet the heart of the Arkansas wilderness. Nestled in the scenic foothills of the Ouachita Mountains, our Scouts experience everything from range and target activities and aquatics in our Olympic-sized pool to wilderness survival and leadership challenges. As a staff member or CIT, you'll be at the center of the action: guiding activities, teaching essential skills, and making a lasting impact on the next generation of Scouts through hands-on adventure and mentorship.

We're looking for energetic, responsible, and enthusiastic individuals ready to lead by example and create an engaging, safe, and exciting summer for Scouts from all over the country.
