Council Coordinated Program Meeting - Quarter 1

The Council Coordinated Program Planning Meeting is a quarterly virtual gathering, held via Zoom on the 3rd Wednesday of the 2nd month of the Quarter, to coordinate and align programming efforts across the Council. This meeting involves bringing together our key volunteers from each District's Activties & Civic Service Committee, Advancement & Recogitions Committee, Camping & Outdoor Programs Committee, and Training Committee. All Council and District program committee volunteers should plan on attending these brainstorming and information sharing gatherings to take infomration back to their districts, units, and scouting families. 

The meeting will be formatted with a brief yet informative general session, followed by committee breakouts, closing with an inspiring summary of our discussion. 

To have a topic of interest added to the meetings agenda, please emal our Vice President of Program no later than the Friday before the next meeting date. 

Zoom Link will be emailed out to registered council and district program volunteers and District Executives (to share with their interested volunteers) 2 weeks prior to the meeting.
