Butterfield Trail District Commissioner Meeting

When: Sundays, monthly (schedule determined by District Commissioner)
Time: 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Where: Zoom – Virtual Meeting

The Butterfield Trail District Commissioner Team meets monthly on Sunday evenings via Zoom to discuss the health and support of Scouting units across the district. This virtual format allows commissioners from all areas to stay connected and up to date while balancing busy personal and volunteer schedules.

Purpose of the Meeting:

  • Review unit health, growth, and recharter status

  • Share updates on youth protection, leader training, and program delivery

  • Discuss recent visits, unit needs, and upcoming support opportunities

  • Plan for commissioner coverage at district events and Roundtable

These meetings are essential for ensuring every unit receives quality commissioner service and that leaders are supported with the tools they need to succeed.
