How to Register for Events

Creating an Account

  1. To create an account, click the Create Account Button in the top right corner
  2. Then, please ensure that you are creating a family account, not a unit account
    1. Unit accounts have already been created for our in-council units, and your unit leaders should have access to the account
    2. If they do not, have them contact Andrew Batten at andrew.batten@scouting.org
  3. Fill in your information as completely as possible
  4. Click Create Account. This will send you a verification email to finish creating your account

Registering for Events

  1. Find the event you want to register for
    1. This can be done through either the council calendar or by searching events once you have logged in
  2. Click Register for Event
  3. Select who is going to the event
    1. You can also add new people to your group by entering their information as a new participant
  4. Select what type of participant they are
    1. If the event has multiple participant types, please select which one they are registering for (i.e. Staff vs Participant)
  5. Add any classes
    1. Not all events have classes, and you can change classes later if needed
  6. Add any products
    1. Not all events have products, and you can add products later
  7. Check out and Pay

Reserving Camp Facilities

  1. Log into your Tentaroo account.
    1. Unit accounts automatically can reserve facilities. If you would like to reserve them using your family account, please contact Kim Brainard at (501) 664-4780
  2. Select Facilities on the left side of the screen
  3. Select which property you want to attend
  4. Create a trip
    1. Select which days you want to attend camp.
    2. Reservations must be made 7 days to 11 months in advance
  5. Select which facilities you want to reserve
    1. (i.e. A room in Reynolds Scout Training Center, a campsite at Camp Orr, etc.)
  6. Check out!
