How to Register for Events
Creating an Account
- To create an account, click the Create Account Button in the top right corner
- Then, please ensure that you are creating a family account, not a unit account
- Unit accounts have already been created for our in-council units, and your unit leaders should have access to the account
- If they do not, have them contact Andrew Batten at andrew.batten@scouting.org
- Fill in your information as completely as possible
- Click Create Account. This will send you a verification email to finish creating your account
Registering for Events
- Find the event you want to register for
- This can be done through either the council calendar or by searching events once you have logged in
- Click Register for Event
- Select who is going to the event
- You can also add new people to your group by entering their information as a new participant
- Select what type of participant they are
- If the event has multiple participant types, please select which one they are registering for (i.e. Staff vs Participant)
- Add any classes
- Not all events have classes, and you can change classes later if needed
- Add any products
- Not all events have products, and you can add products later
- Check out and Pay
Reserving Camp Facilities
- Log into your Tentaroo account.
- Unit accounts automatically can reserve facilities. If you would like to reserve them using your family account, please contact Kim Brainard at (501) 664-4780
- Select Facilities on the left side of the screen
- Select which property you want to attend
- Create a trip
- Select which days you want to attend camp.
- Reservations must be made 7 days to 11 months in advance
- Select which facilities you want to reserve
- (i.e. A room in Reynolds Scout Training Center, a campsite at Camp Orr, etc.)
- Check out!
