SBSA: Weekend on Ropes

Everyone on site must have a current BSA Annual Health and Medical Record with parts A, B1, B2, and C filled out completely and correctly, as well as the Parental Consent and Hold Harmless Form for all participants (youth AND adult).

Please be prepared to eat and camp as a unit. Campsite assignments will be made based on 2 people per tent platform for established campsites – some campsites will already have permanent tents set up, others will have tent platforms (9’ x 7’, 7’x 9’ and/or 8’ x 8’). No meals will be provided by Camp Orr. Bath house facilities may be available for use depending on temperatures. However, the dining hall will be for program and inclement weather use only.

Last year we had approximately 500 people in camp for the weekend, so PLEASE read the WOR Leader Guide 2024 for details as they will be crucial for a successful weekend.
