The Ramona Sitz Cubmaster Legacy Award recognizes exceptional Cub Volunteers whose leadership has created a lasting impact on the lives of youth, families, and their communities. Named in honor of Ramona Sitz, whose dedication to Scouting exemplified servant leadership, this award celebrates those who have gone beyond simply leading a pack. These are the Volunteers who inspire adventure, build confidence, mentor future leaders, and create traditions that continue long after their tenure. Their influence is measured not only in successful pack meetings and campfires, but in the character, values, and memories they help instill in generations of Scouts.
