Get ready for unforgettable family fun in the great outdoors! Cub Adventure Weekends are exciting overnight camping experiences designed just for Cub Scouts and their families. Held at our beautiful Camp Rockefeller in Damascus, AR, each weekend is packed with hands-on activities, outdoor skills, and memory-making adventures.

From arts and crafts to archery, fishing to nature hikes, every event is built to spark curiosity, build confidence, and strengthen the Scout spirit. Whether you’re roasting marshmallows around the campfire or learning something new under the trees, there’s something for every Cub Scout, and every member of the family, to enjoy.

September 18-20 | Cub Adventure Weekend - Axolotl to Zonosaur

Step into a scaly world of discovery and adventure at our Axolotl to Zonosaur Cub Adventure Weekend. September 18-20, your family will join fellow reptile explorers and nature adventurers for a weekend packed with hands on fun, learning, and campfire excitement inspired by lizards, amphibians, and prehistoric creatures.

Get ready for a cold blooded good time with:

• Reptile themed games and outdoor challenges
• Creative crafts inspired by scales, tails, and habitats
• Archery and range activities with a prehistoric twist
• Campfire stories celebrating axolotls, lizards, and mighty zonosaurs

It is a weekend where curiosity crawls, adventure scales up, and memories stick like gecko feet.

October 23-25 | Cub Adventure Weekend - Heroes & Helpers

Step into a world of courage, compassion, and service at our Heroes and Helpers Cub Adventure Weekend. October 23-25, your family will join fellow Cubs as they learn about the everyday heroes who protect, serve, and care for our communities through a weekend full of action, learning, and campfire fun.

Get ready for an inspiring experience featuring:

• Team based games and hands on challenges inspired by first responders
• Creative crafts celebrating service, teamwork, and helping others
• Archery and range activities that build focus and confidence
• Campfire stories honoring real life heroes and the helpers who make a difference

It is a weekend designed to empower Cubs to serve others, work together, and discover the hero within.
