Get ready for unforgettable family fun in the great outdoors! Cub Adventure Weekends are exciting overnight camping experiences designed just for Cub Scouts and their families. Held at our beautiful Camp Rockefeller in Damascus, AR, each weekend is packed with hands-on activities, outdoor skills, and memory-making adventures.

From arts and crafts to archery, fishing to nature hikes, every event is built to spark curiosity, build confidence, and strengthen the Scout spirit. Whether you’re roasting marshmallows around the campfire or learning something new under the trees, there’s something for every Cub Scout, and every member of the family, to enjoy.

September 19–21 |  Round-Up Ranch Cub Adventure Weekend

Grab your hats and boots! It’s time to head west for our Round-Up Ranch Cub Adventure Weekend! Join us at Camp Rockefeller September 19–21, where families and packs are invited to mosey on down to one of the Natural State Council's most fun-filled weekends of the year.

This western-themed adventure will feature:

• Cowboy-style sharp-shootin’ at our archery and BB-gun range

• Wild West crafts and hands-on activities

• Western games fit for cowpokes of all ages

• Tall tale campfire stories that’ll have you hootin’ and hollerin’ with laughter

• Western attire is encouraged (but not required), so bring your bandanas, boots, and best cowboy hat!

Whether you’re a seasoned ranch hand or a new trailblazer, this weekend promises more fun than a barrel of tumbleweeds!

October 31–November 2 |  Space-o-Ween Cub Adventure Weekend

Get ready to launch into a galaxy of fun this Halloween weekend with our Space-O-Ween Cub Adventure Weekend! From October 31 to November 2, your family will embark on a cosmic camping adventure full of spooky space vibes and out-of-this-world activities.

Prepare for liftoff with:

• Galactic games and high-flying challenges

• Alien-approved arts and crafts

• Astronaut training and space-themed range activities

• Campfire stories from the other side of the moon

• Halloween meets sci-fi fun the whole family will love!

Costumes are encouraged, whether you come as an astronaut, alien, or intergalactic cowboy, we promise it’ll be a blast! (Just keep it Scout-friendly and camping-ready).
